Terms & Conditions
1) Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only when Blackline Limousines receives:
The required deposit or full payment
The client’s confirmed pickup details
A signed agreement (if requested)
Blackline may request a valid credit card on file to secure the booking.
2) Rates, Minimums, and Time
Hourly services are charged from the scheduled start time, not the actual pickup time.
Hourly bookings may have a minimum number of hours depending on vehicle type, date, and season.
Overtime is billed in increments (example: 15 or 30 minutes) at the applicable hourly rate.
Stops, waiting time, and route changes may affect the final price.
3) Deposits and Special Events
For weddings, graduations, concerts, and high-demand dates:
A deposit of 35%–50% (or your chosen amount) may be required.
Deposits are generally non-refundable because vehicles are often booked far in advance.
In some cases, Blackline may apply a partial credit toward a future date at management’s discretion, based on availability and how early the cancellation is received.
4) Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees depend on the type of booking and how much notice is given.
More than 72 hours notice: deposit may remain non-refundable, balance refunded if paid
24–72 hours notice: partial refund may apply, or a cancellation fee may apply
Less than 24 hours notice: no refund
Blackline reserves the right to apply administrative or processing fees where applicable.
5) No-Show Policy
A “no-show” includes:
Client is not reachable by phone/text
Client does not arrive at pickup location within the grace period
Wrong address provided and client cannot be contacted
No-shows are non-refundable and may be charged the full booking amount.
6) Changes to Reservation
Any changes (time, vehicle, pickup location, stops, passenger count) must be requested as early as possible.
Changes are not guaranteed and depend on vehicle availability and scheduling.
Price may change if the route, duration, or service type changes.
7) Vehicle Requests and Substitution
Blackline will try to provide the requested vehicle, but vehicle availability can change due to maintenance, accidents, or other issues.
Blackline reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value when required.
If the original vehicle is unavailable, substitution does not automatically qualify for a refund.
8) Luggage and Passenger Limits
Passenger count must not exceed the vehicle’s legal seating capacity.
Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle. If luggage does not fit safely, service may be adjusted or refused.
9) Uncontrollable Delays (Acts of God / Road Conditions)
Blackline is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:
Weather conditions, road closures, traffic congestion
Accidents, police incidents, special events
Flight delays or airport restrictions
We will make reasonable efforts to complete the service safely and professionally.
10) Lost or Damaged Items
Blackline is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, lost, or damaged.
If an item is found, Blackline may charge a delivery/return fee.
Chauffeurs may assist with luggage at the client’s request, but clients assume liability for fragile items.
11) Vehicle Cleaning and Damage Fees
The party paying for the reservation is responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required.

Vomit / biohazard cleanup: $200+
Drink spills: $100+
Broken glassware: $10 per item

No illegal drugs or illegal substances in any Blackline vehicle.
If illegal substances are used or found, the service may be terminated immediately with no refund.
Alcohol: Clients are responsible for following all applicable laws. If alcohol consumption is not permitted under local/provincial regulations for your service type, it is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
13) Termination of Service
Blackline reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if the driver or dispatcher believes the client or any member of the party:
Poses a safety risk to the driver, vehicle, client, or others
Is behaving aggressively, dangerously, or unlawfully
Is in possession of illegal materials/substances
Refuses to follow safety instructions
Blackline also reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion, without exception.
14) Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate booking details (addresses, times, contact number)
Be ready at pickup time
Treat the vehicle and chauffeur respectfully
Follow safety rules, including seatbelt requirements where applicable
15) Payments and Chargebacks
By booking, you authorize Blackline to charge the payment method on file for approved services and any applicable fees (overtime, damage, cleaning).
